If you are buying your first home our Realtors work with you to find a home that is within your budget. We want you in a home that is perfect for you in space, terms and the area you want to be. We work for you by finding out what is important to you, and not what we think. We do not have a search engine for you to go and find that is why you have hired us. First, we direct you to get prequalified with a lender that you chose or one of many we can refer you to speak with. We are in the business to meet your expectations and not to build them up without knowing what you as a buyer actually need to be secure for the future.

After you are prequalified, we sit down and find out the important features that you are looking for in your future home.

Daily you will receive via electronically or by FAX, homes that are within your price range, and with as many of the features you have requested. We start by calling the listing agents on those properties to see where they are at on the sales end. We know how important your time and our time. We do not want to take you to homes that are already under contract or have many offers pending. We prescreen these properties and then take you to the ones you want to view, working with you to find the home you want.

We as your Buyers Agent have a responsibility to:

Promoting the interests of our Buyer’s; with the utmost good faith, loyalty and fidelity.

Seeking a price and terms, that is acceptable to our Buyer's.

Counseling Buyer as to any material benefits or risks of transactions, which are actually known by Broker.
